How can I know that my order has been processed correctly?
At the end of an order, you should see an order confirmation screen with all the details of the order.
Also, within a few minutes, you should also receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
If you have also registered as a customer with a password, that order should also be visible in the User Area.
If you have not received any mail (and the email address was correct), first check that it has not arrived by mistake in the SPAM or junk mail folder. If it’s not there either, contact us and we’ll find out what might have happened. You can write to us at info@josyeystore.com. We are here for whatever it takes!
I have received an incorrect or defective product. What I do?
First of all, apologies. We are human and sometimes we make mistakes.
Let us know as quickly as you can to our WhatsApp 6851-4823 or write us an email to info@josyeystore.com We will take care of replacing it as quickly as possible.

No cash or check payments accepted.
Discount coupons are not considered means of payment, they are only discounts applicable to the stipulated prices.
